Founders Courier is built on conversations with founders. The newsletter is where those conversations arrive first. One subscription brings you three editions a week, each looking at founders from a different point on the route.

The three editions
Indie Hustle
Tuesdays. Founders who built something that works, interviewed about what they built, the numbers behind it and what they would do differently. The point is not the success story. It is the decisions that led there, told by someone who has the hindsight to judge them.
Founders Struggles
Thursdays. Founders in the middle of it: before the outcome is known, while the decisions are still open. What they are trying this month, what is not working yet and what they are weighing. It is the edition closest to where most readers actually are.
Founders Scars
Saturdays. Ideas and businesses that did not make it, and what their founders learned. Not post-mortems for entertainment, but the specific moment where a better decision was available, so you can recognize it in your own business.
Why three editions and one subscription
Each edition shows a different stage, and the useful lessons usually come from comparing them: what the founders who made it did at the point where others stalled. Reading only success stories gives you a distorted map. Reading all three gives you the whole route.
What it is not
No inbox full of promotions, no growth hacks and no motivational quotes. If an issue does not teach something a founder could use, it does not go out.
